Patient Booking Gateway - We have 2 clinics and I have had a Pt ask that if he is booking an apt via the Gateway at one Clinic if there is not an available apt at one location that he can try other Clinic location if he tries to do this he needs to reenter all the inofrmation he has just entered is there a way we can swap location of Clinics without losing Pt inofrmation entered prior ??

Hi Bronwyn. While you can certainly have multiple locations listed in the gateway, there isn't a function that will guide the user to search another location when they're told that no suitable appointments have been found. We do think this is a good idea and will consider it for future development. I will caution that if we develop this functionality, it would be suitable for practices who have a single Front Desk database with multiple locations, not for practices who have separate databases for each location.
