Patient File - Default selection for Print / Email

Would it be possible to add the ability to set the patients' receipt setting to print/email without having to process a payment, just as a permanent setting in their file like reminders? eg. We print a receipt for a patient and they tell us they don't need it but unless we process another payment for them there is no way to set this in the file

As you know, we currently remember the patient's previous selection to determine whether print or email is enabled the next time you bill. This was designed to automatically track the patient's preference, without requiring the user to manually update a print or email default from another tab.

We like your request to be able to edit this setting without having to do a receipt and will include this in a future upgrade of Front Desk. As a bonus, we will allow you to have a different option for different accounts on the Patient’s file. For example, your work cover claim may be dealt with differently than a private claim.
