Our opinion and the feedback we’ve received is that it is easier to use than most online ticketing services. The system uses the processes and decision making steps that a receptionist would follow when booking an appointment so that the patients are booked in appropriately.
I can confirm that we are currently working on a mobile-specific site for the Patient Booking Gateway that will improve the experience for patients accessing your site from a smartphone - this will also give patients the ability to add a link to your booking site on their smartphone home screen.

In short it works very well at making it more convenient for patients to manage their bookings 24/7 along with reducing the call load on reception desks. You can easily set the gateway not to accept cancellations within 24 hrs so the patient must call your desk if thats a concern.
