Patient visit report

We are going to do some advertising and we would like to send information through mailchimp to all patients that have not returned:
1. no visited the clinic in the last 6 months
2. old patients that have not visited the clinic between sept 2016-sept 2018

Is there any way we can get a report that reflects this and be able to upload these patients to a segment in mailchimp.

Hi Vital Core

The report you need is the Active/Inactive Patient report in Front Desk. When you generate a report and use the MailChimp button, it will create a segment with these patients (contacts) included.
