Patients Not Receiving Texts

The system says the SMS were sent for today but patient's are saying they did not receive them and many are consequently not showing up for their appointments. Any ideas?

Welcome to the Smartsoft Community.

We are not aware of any issues with SMS delivery, but we would be happy to look into this for you. Please open a support case on our website for further assistance: www.smartsoft.com.au/support

If you are running the latest version of Front Desk you can also check the SMS tab within a patient file to see the status of SMS sent. This tracks the SMS all the way to the patients handset, so you know when the message is received.
