Payment Date applied at point of entry

Hi Front Desk Team,

I would like to ask whether it's possible to enter the payment date at point of applying the payment against a bill. Instead we are having to go back to each transaction and manually change the 'Date of Entry'.

Because we get remittances with 15-20 items, this can get very tiresome. Thanks!

Hi Front Desk Team,

Loving the new update, especially in the billings tab and you fixed the Outlook 2013 emailing issue! :) 

What are your thoughts on including a field with the payment DATE when entering a payment? This will be extremely helpful and I think many others agree with us.

Pleasa add a DATE OPTION on the same page as the 'allocation of payment' This will save me a 13 step process from the time I search for an invoice number to adding the correct date - try it and see!!!! it drives me crazy when I'm on the 50th transaction in one day ............................

Hi all. Thank you for the suggestion and discussion. We agree with this idea given that nowadays more people are being paid by direct deposit and payments are being processed/allocated in Front Desk at a later date.

Due to possible security issues, such as staff processing payments for a different day so that the payment doesn't appear on the banking sheet, it will need to be locked down per user in User Access.

Look for this in a future update :)
