Can the more sophisticated users or tech. Support advise me how I am best to start collecting photos of patient presentations and add to their clinical notes. Also file type and storage advice would be helpful. I decided to have another look at this since resiently attended my dentist who had a very efficient approach with the software they used.

Hi Angus, this is fairly easy: take photo , put memory card into PC, import photos into an editing software like Lightroom , save to desktop and import into attachments or into clinical notes. You need to reduce the file before importing . I do this everyday and have more than 1000 photos saved. Regards Irene

Hi Angus and Irene. Front Desk does have the ability to automatically scale and optimise images when they're added to the patient file. Further, the default X-ray tab can be configured to store photos. We will work on providing you further information regarding these features on Monday.
