Practitioner Schedule for Week

Is there a way to print out a schedule for a practitioner to show them which clinics they will be at on which days?

At the moment our Director is flying around the metro area to cover multiple clinics (sometimes 2-3 clinics in one day) with staff on leave, and this is changed on a day to day basis as she is needed.  She is finding it hard to keep on top of where she needs to be, and when she is available for meetings etc.

Hi Hand Works

Assuming you have a column set-up for the practitioner at each location, the Day List could be used to print (or email) an individual schedule for the practitioner for each site. Alternatively you could consider the Appointment Book print-out, or you could Export to Excel to give them an electronic copy of the entire appointment book.

Another option would be to configure the Front Desk - Web Appointment Book, which could allow the practitioner to access a live view of the appointment book online.  Please see the following post for more details: https://community.smartsoft.com.au/smartsoft/topics/access-your-front-desk-appointment-book-on-a-sma...

Considering the practitioners schedule might change on a day-to-day basis, the Web Appointment Book may be the best solution for you.

Thanks for this info.  The calendar sync may work, but will it show which clinic the appointments are at as she is covering multiple locations?  I couldn't see it in any of the examples under http://smartsoft.com.au/faqs/icalendar - just having patient names won't help.  She really just needs to know the time range she is needed at each location.

Hi Hand Works. The iCal integration is setup per practitioner file. I imagine she will have a practitioner file per location, in which case you will need to repeat the iCal setup for each of the 3 practitioner files.

it would be great if we could print out a visual of the Practitioners appointments for the day, week, month, instead of just a printout of black and white spreadsheet style.
