Printing appointment attendance list Includes missed appointments

We had a request for an appointment attendance list but we noted that it included the missed appointment date.. so it looked like it had been attended.  This is an issue when patients use this to claim for travel to appointments under workers compensation.

Could it either show as not attended, or be an option to remove missed appointments from the print list?
