Problem with Active/Inactive patient report t.

When producing an Active/Inactive patient report with the following boxes checked : Patient List, Inactive, exclude patients with future appointments,include patients without transactions, transaction between 1/1/2015 and 1/1/2016 but not since, the report is still including patients from this period which have had appointment between 1/1/2016 - 23/3/2016. Why is this ?

Welcome to the Community.

The logic of the filtering in this report is quite complex so I am not surprised there may be some confusion.

What I can offer is that appointment records are not the same as transaction records. The report is primarily based on transactions (i.e. the patient was billed on a particular day). It is possible the patient has an appointment in this time, but has not been billed for it (no transaction). We generally work on transactions and not appointments as some clients archive or remove patients from their diaries.
