Qualifications of Practitioners on Letters generated through Billings.

Hi. I hope I explain this correctly as it is my first post to the community forum. I have just generated a letter through billings for a practitioner who attended to a client today but it was not the default practitioner (the regular practitioner she sees) We noticed that the qualifications that appeared under the practitioner name on the letter for todays consult was the default practitioner qualifications not the practitioner who saw her. We noticed it and amended manually to the correct practitioners qualifications but have discovered there is only once selection you can choose for qualifications when setting up standard letters. You can select previous practitioner but not previous practitioner's qualification.
Has anyone else noticed this and found an easier way to do the letter without changing the default practitioner for the day and then change back, or changing the qualification of the correct practitioner manually on the letter before you print up? Is there a chance front desk could add a previous practitioners qualification to minimise the chance of making an error on a letter when in a hurry?
Warm regards Annette.

Hi Annette
Thank you for your first post on the Community.

At this stage, the practitioner title and qualification letter tags in Front Desk will only draw upon the default practitioner’s details as you have mentioned.

A possible workaround would be to set up multiple versions of the template, one for each profession, and hardcode the qualification rather than using the letter tag.

I have turned this post into an idea for consideration for a future release. If any Community members would be interested in seeing additional letter tags of this nature, please give Annette’s idea a like.
