We would like to be able to copy an existing quotations to create a new quote similar to the function which allows users to copy a clinical notes entry/template.

Please can this also be addressed - The ability to copy quotes.
Suggestion - Add an icon in the quotes screen so that when you click on it it copies the quote into a new quotation screen.

Hi Luke. Rather than copy a quote, how about we enhance the existing Quote Types function to include Items Codes that can automatically be added to the quote when selected? e.g. An orthotics Quote Type which adds two item codes, a device for the L and R foot.

Is this still under consideration? The ability to have a quote template that includes a series of item codes would be helpful.

Hi Julie. This is still under consideration but not on the development list as we are still looking for further interest in this item.

Hi Tim,
I can see the advantage in your idea.
1 - Enhance the existing Quote Type function as you mention.
We would also benefit from the use of the original idea.
2 - Add an icon in the Quotations Tab screen to 'copy/replicate a quote'. At present there is no way of editing the Quote Date i.e. If we are applying for funding for a client for exactly the same funding/items and amounts in subsequent months.
