Re-sequencing clinical notes

Hi All,
Apologies of this has been suggested before.
Often we have a treatment and history notes for a client dated for the same date. Sometimes the history is entered after the treatment, and then this looks a bit odd when inspecting the notes.  It appears to reflect that the history was taken only after the treatment was given ... which usually *isn't* that case!
In instances like this, we'd love to be able to re-sequence those notes.  Or have this as an Admin-only capability.
Appreciating this is not the best time of the year to post and expect a massive response, what do others think of this?
Cheers.

Yes, we have the same issue. Would be good to be able to adjust the order of the notes.

Hi Joyaa. To clarify for other users, adjusting the date of a clinical note is possible by using date selection tool, which will reorder notes on the left appropriately. This is only possible if the user is editing the date within your set revision period or if they have access to edit after the revision period.

On the odd occasion that you need to reorder notes written on the same date, you can also edit the time the note was written. This is done by clicking into the date field and pressing the right arrow key on your keyboard to bring into view the time. Simply adjust the time using the number keys on your keyboard.

Sneaky!  I wonder if this could made more intuitive?
Thanks.
