I have posted this before and I am interested if anyone else has some suggestions how they do this in their practice. We are trying to generate a report on 'rebooking' statistics; for example if a practitioner has 100 active patients, how many do not have an appointment? I could easily do this in excel if the patient list report had another column for 'next appointment' for example.
The active/inactive report seems all too confusing and I question if it captures everyone.
