Rebooking Report / Report for active patients with no appointment

Hi,

I have posted this before and I am interested if anyone else has some suggestions how they do this in their practice. We are trying to generate a report on 'rebooking' statistics; for example if a practitioner has 100 active patients, how many do not have an appointment? I could easily do  this in excel if the patient list report had another column for 'next appointment' for example.

The active/inactive report seems all too confusing and I question if it captures everyone.

Hi Ellee. I have changed your post from a problem to a question, as the reports you are using are working as designed.

From version 18.0.0, Next Appointment and Last Appointment dates are included in the Patient List export, which may help you in this case.
