Recall Alert

Would it be possible to add a little triangle to a Client in the appointment book (as happens for birthdays and reminders) to show when a client has a recall?  We add a recall to clients who, for example, miss appointments or don't book after their last appointment, for whatever reason. When booking an appointment for a client, it would be awesome to see at a glance if they have a recall so it can be removed if no longer necessary.  This would save us a lot of time in looking at each individual client after printing recall reports to make sure the recall is still appropriate before ringing them.

Hi Celia!
Are you able to use the "reminder" tick box to remind you to make the recall, or are you using the "reminder" for something else?

The reminders are used for sending out SMS's or emails

Hi Celia.  Yes .... I wrote without first checking how the reminders work.  
Mmmm.. we print off the recall list each day or each week, and this shows us if someone has booked an appointment at a time/date after they missed an app't or after they had cancelled-not-rescheduled, etc.  Sorry I can't help more.

We have not had any feedback from Frontdesk on this question.    The recalls system does not work well if there is not some kind of alert that a recall is in place.  Surely a recall is put in place so you can create a list of people who need to be called to make another appointment.  There is no way of seeing if a client has one in place without looking at their file.  We don't want to check every single person who rings to make an appointment, to see if they have a recall so we can remove it. This means that we have to print a list of recalls daily then remove recalls from the people who have future appointments.  You can make a recall when you book someone in but nothing to say that they already have one.  Either a box on the New Appointment screen when you are booking someone in that says they have a recall, or an alert that pops up, would be very handy.  The later would be awesome!!
