Recurring bookings - update recurrences

I LOVE the recurring group bookings function and use it to book our group bookings quarterly saving us heaps of time.

Would you consider making it possible to adjust the recurrence once it has been entered and saved?

For example, we have recently noticed for our bookings, Thursday June 30 has not been included in the recurrence schedule (user error at the time of entry). The recurrence starts on the first Thursday of April and goes through until 23 June. The only 2 ways we can fix this is to either

  1. just add a single group booking in for each group booking that day and have to remember to manually add people to that booking separately from the recurring ones.OR
  2. remove all the recurring bookings for that particular group booking and re-enter it with the correct end date.
Whilst in theory the 2nd option sounds like the best way to go, doing this removes all previous occurrences of the booking so we have no record of any changes that were made to the booking on any given week.

If we just add an extra group booking in on the 30th, reception staff need to remember that the recurrence does not automatically make the booking changes to that date so they need to be done manually which leaves great room for error.

we also have the issue of - when a practitioner goes away and we move one or two of the group bookings across to a different practitioner.  Does it keep the link.

Yes this is a pain that you can't edit the group recurring appointments. Also is there a way to invoice the groups receipts. Instead of going into everyone putting the dates in then printing a receipt. would be so much easier if we could do receipting for the recurring appointments. any chance??
