Reminder for practitioner to follow up new patients

Is it possible to set up a reminder for the practitioner to follow up their new patients and for managers to be able to view that this task has been completed. Being able to customise when the reminder is set would also be great (eg following day / week / mth / 6mths).

thanks in advance, Matt.

I agree, it would be great to have an automated six week review from first consult HP

We use the recall feature for this. We have three different types of consent forms with 12 mth expiry, re-exam 3 mths, re-exam 6 mths, follow up apts, etc etc. you can customise the time frame from 1 day to years. The recall list gets checked every day by the AM staff and actioned. Would be just as easy for pracs to creat their own recalls and check as required. Can filter and search by date daily, weekly, whatever you require. Recalls can be monitored by anyone with access to your system. We delete recalls once they are actioned. This way only outstanding work displays on our lists. Hope this helps.
