When adding information into the REMINDER/NOTES tab I find it does not update? How do i get around this problem? We are continually adding day notes and finding the podiatrist sometimes does not get the message. Logging in and out fixes the issues at times?
The Reminders / Day Notes should update for all users within seconds of the user clicking out of the field. It is important that you click out of the field because this is what triggers the save process.
Please note this field is designed for more intermittent note taking and not as a means of instant messaging between users, which is the purpose of the Front DeskMessenger. If you use the Reminders / Day Notes heavily, with users regularly updating these fields at the same time, it's possible for another user to overwrite your changes with their own.
