I hope this makes sense.... I would like the option to be able to remove the header "clinical notes" and "confidential" plus all the other patient/practitioner information that appears before the clinical notes before printing. I could then use a template under clinical notes with drop down boxes to complete a patient assessment (currently I can not use FD word processor to write a report/assessment with drop down boxes under "letter".) I would then be able to print off a separate basic cover "letter" to the patient's GP and attach the assessment alone from clinical notes. I am currently having to use Microsoft word to do this if I need a letter/report with drop down boxes.
