Report for Appointment Status

Hi Front Desk Team,

Can you please add a report option for tracking appointment status i.e. Not Arrived, Arrived, Complete, Did Not Attend. 

I know the Appointments Report can track Processed/Missed appointments, but this report does not always provide accurate data for our practice.  We use Front Desk in a university/teaching clinic environment, so often create dummy appointments to use for practicing and role plays etc.  It is very time consuming to filter these out each month.  A report on appointment status alone would eliminate this process.

We are using Version 16.9.4 so this may have already been included on a recent update.
