Report for unarchived patients listing their last & next appointment

I am trying to generate a report listing all of our 'unarchived' patients who do not have a next appointment or recall. I have tried playing with the ranges in the Active/Inactive Patients report but it still shows patients who do have upcoming appointments. Can this be done via another feature?

It would also be good if the report could list the patient, their last appointment & their next appointment.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Hi Ellee

Thank you for your joining our Community.

You are on the right track with the Inactive Patients Report. If you select Exclude patients with future appointments and Exclude patients with future recalls, you will see a list of patients that do not have upcoming appointments or recalls.

Of course, this is based on patients who have had a transaction in a particular date range, but not since. If you are trying to get a list of all patients that do not have a future appointment or recall, make sure the date range is set far back enough to encompass the clinic’s entire history.

In this scenario, having a next appointment column would yield an empty space as we are deliberately looking for patients that do not have a next appointment booked.

In regards to your suggestion of adding the patients ‘Next Appointment’ details to the report, we are happy to gauge interest from the community and consider this as a future inclusion when searching for Active Patients.

Hi Steven, I am still confused by this to be completely honest. We are trying to report on patient rebooking and I cant find a way to get Front Desk to do this where Clinko and Kitomba generate a report for you. If the data is in excel I can generate.

Above you have said "If you are trying to get a list of all patients that do not have a future appointment or recall, make sure the date range is set far back enough to encompass the clinic’s entire history"

1. are you saying I need to set a date BEFORE the first transaction we ever did in front desk?

2. what do I put as the second date option??

Hi Ellee. At this stage, I think it would be best for you to open up a support case at www.smartsoft.com.au/support so that we can step you through how to use this report.
