I am trying to pull off a report that shows client billings/$$ over a certain date range by Fee Category.
One example i am trying to establish for our service is per NDIS client what is their average $$ over the date range (then replicate that by Workcover/CTP/etc etc. We have so many extremes at both ends of the curve at the moment i want to look at median/mean $$
I can do this in Billings however it lists per transaction, but once i click on BY PATIENT it removes the option of Fee Category. The only way i can seem to work this out at the moment is if it's in the PATIENT REFERRAL report - which unfortunately may not be accurate as its up to humans (read secretaries) to put data - any data - in there accurately.
My end goal is to produce a report that lists per patient - lists clients name, fee category and $$ amount... and then export to excel where i can then populate average and median $$ by Fee Category
