Reporting individual client attendances

Many psychology practice management software are including much more than Front Desk does. One thing they do is team performance management e.g. individual client attendance rates. This is an important part of managing a practice. I'd like to be able to run a report on Front Desk that tells me between specific dates, which clients attended and how many attendances. That would be one thing that keeps me using Front Desk.

A report generator would certainly be a useful addition to FD software.

Yes, this would be good. The more data reports we can have the better!

Hi Charley. The Patient Visit Report in Front Desk should do exactly what you’re asking for. By choosing the initial consult and subsequent consult date ranges the summary version of this report calculates a patient visit average figure per practitioner. The 'detailed’ version of this report indicates total visits by individual patient in the period (as shown below).
