Hi all. Presently, the Patient Booking Gateway only provides a notification within Front Desk when appointments are cancelled. I can confirm that in a future release, we will be introducing support for cancellation notifications to be sent by email. We will also be introducing options for notifications and emails to be sent for reschedules and new appointments.
