Rescheduling on Booking Gateway

When selecting Reschedule Appointment, if the Appointment Type Options is set to Use patients default Appt Type, patients are unable to complete the reschedule process.  It has to be set to Allow patient to select from Appt Types in order for them to reschedule an appointment.  The problem with this is that the patient needs to know what sort of appointment they are booked in for, which is not ideal (or easy to use or set up).
I'd also love to see a "minimise" button put on the Booking Gateway Configuration box??
