We've had this problem before where a whole patient was deleted by accident. I ended up restoring our backup from the day before onto another computer, copying and pasting the info into Word, and then emailing it back to the clinic to be reentered.
Thankfully the patient had only had one appointment! But all the initial history and stuff had been lost.
Then we changed our permissions so some people didn't have the delete function.
You can probably call FD and they can help - if it's on an old backup that is!
