Our practice has just installed a new printer and have linked it with our Front Desk program. The new printer allows us to scan double-sided documents, all the scan settings are defaulted onto the printer just fine but we are having some issues with being able to scan 2-sided documents into "attachments" on Front Desk. When we select "scan" the 2 sided scanning option is blurred and we are not allowed to click the box to allow 2-sided scanning. Does anyone know how to fix this dilemma?
