When choosing the security access codes for a new user, is there a quick way of doing this? Using version 16.9.4 I found that I needed to open up an existing user, see what their access codes were set to for the first tab, "general"; , then close them down, then open up my new user and apply the same settings for that tab; then close the new user down; then open up the existing user to check the settings for the next tab ("exports/reports"), scribble them down, open up and apply them to the new user, .... etc etc for each of the 8 tabs. Is there a quicker way to do this? Can one copy one user's setting to another (like one can now copy app't book rules)?Thanks! Joyaa

When setting up a new practitioner, we currently need to start from scratch each time with selecting their security/access settings.
We would love to be able to either copy an existing practitioner's security/access settings or set up default security/access settings which can be applied with a single click of a button in the set up process and of course then be able to be customised further if needed

Hi Rachel. We are planning a review of the Security area of Front Desk that will allow for better management of user accounts and access permissions. I can't provide an ETA as yet but note that this is on our radar.
