We work in a multi-clinic environment, using HICAPSConnect through RDP. Currently the only way to select the HICAPS terminal in Frontdesk for a login is in the system information menu. We do not give our reception staff access to this.
Unfortunately they are often finding that HICAPSConnect won't work because Frontdesk has automatically selected a terminal in another clinic. To rectify they either call your support desk or one of the mangers who has to login with admin rights to select the correct terminal.
Is there anyway that the HICAPS/EFTPOS section of the System Information menu can be accessed by staff without giving them access to everything?
