Sending Single SMS easy look up, name attached to replies, one mobile number for our practice

We send a lot of single SMS's and would like a search bar for surname on the Single SMS page rather than having to click through to another page to do that. Plus when people reply to our single SMS (ie not an appointment reminder) can it show their name - again we have to then look up the mobile number to see who has replied to what question. It is time consuming and clunky process. One last thing - when will the one mobile number system be used that was talked about a few months ago? At the moment patients get a different mobile number every message.

Thanks. Have read both your posts. What about idea to allow Name or Surname look up on the front screen when sending single SMS to save on extra screens to click through?
