Is ther an easy place to locate a short cut keys listing for use with Frontdesk please.
Eg Ctrl + P to open patient file

Hi Rachel

There isn't currently a list of keyboard short-cuts in the software, but I have listed them for you below:

General:
  • CTRL + A
    Open the Appointment Book.

  • ALT + P
    Toggles 'Privacy' option on the Appointment Book.

  • CTRL + H
    Open Front Desk Remote Support webpage.

  • CTRL + P
    Open 'Search on Patient' window.
Within a patient file:
  • SHIFT + R
    Open the Receipt window.

  • SHIFT + B
    Open the Bill window.

  • SHIFT + P
    Open the Payment window.
If you have some suggestions for new keyboard shortcuts we would be happy to hear them as an idea.

Another shortcut I find useful is F5 - returns you to Today in the Appointment Book
