Having used another Practice Management System for 10 years I have a few ideas that I think should be incorportated into Front Desk:
1. A "ding" that sounds when a patient's status is changed to "Patient Arrived".
2. An Appointment Status (and colour) for "Clinical Notes Completed".
3. A Recall Lists capable to specifying a specific item number or appointment type.
4. The ability to assign an automatic recall for certain appointment types, ie. an automatic 12 month review on all 'Custom Orthotics Issue" appointments or "OTC Orthotics Issue" appointments.
