Welcome to the Smartsoft Community!

The community is a support forum for Smartsoft products and services, where members can start conversations with other users, sharing problems, solutions, ideas and praise. Official representatives from Smartsoft will also be contributing when we can, but we would really like to see members helping each other out as part of a community with mutual interests. The community is an open space, where you can be yourself and tell it like it is, but we do have a few (very few) guidelines for you to follow so everyone has a good experience.

Be yourself
This one really is just a guideline, but we feel you'll have a better experience if you are engaging with other members as yourself, and not an alias.  This isn't mandatory, but we love to hear from real people who are willing to stand behind their posts.

Get involved
It might be daunting at first, but you'll meet some amazingly friendly and knowledgeable people if you're willing to get involved. We've been talking to Front Desk users for nearly 20 years, and we promise they don't bite, so please don't be shy and make some friends!

Keep it clean
We are always up for a laugh, but please keep it clean and try not to hurt anyone.  Anything sexual, violent or clearly inappropriate will be removed. Your conversations will be moderated only if we really (really) have to.  We don't want to censor anyone's posts, but if your genuine input is hiding under a layer of profanity it will have to go.

Trolls are not welcome!
The internet can be a dangerous place, with trolls lurking where least expected.  If you aren't sure what a troll is, you can read more here. If you do encounter a troll, just remember not to feed it!

With those out of the way, I would lastly like to thank you for joining our growing community!  Our hope is that by opening ourselves up to our users and providing an open space for conversation and collaboration we can build something useful for everyone.
