Smartsoft SMS - Service Disruption

Please note that patients may be unable to reply to SMS messages sent between 1:46PM and 1:56PM (ACST) on 1-05-2017. This is due to a brief error that occurred between Smartsoft and our telecommunications provider during routine maintenance. We can confirm all messages were sent to patients correctly during this time and only replies have been affected. 

While the error was resolved within minutes, we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
