SMS Service - Outbound Delays 26-06-2017 (RESOLVED)

Please note we have been notified by our telco that the outbound delivery of SMS messages may be delayed. The third-parties responsible are investigating and further information will be provided as available.

At this stage please send your SMS as normal, which will be sent to the Smartsoft SMS gateway and forwarded appropriately. SMS will be received by your clients once this interruption is resolved -typically these outages do not last for long.

Please be aware that this issue has now been resolved.
