Some of our group bookings/classes are not receiving sms reminders.

Hi, some but not all of our class bookings are suddenly not receiving sms reminders. Up until early August they were but for some reason no longer are although we have not changed anything in the way we send the reminders.
Any one else experiencing this and have an idea how to fix please? Thanks.

Hi Rachel

We aren't aware of any issues sending SMS to patients within Group Appointments.  It could be related to how you have your 'SMS Reminders' set-up for certain patients, or something else unique to your set-up.  So that we can provide an appropriate answer, please open a support case for one of our staff to contact you: www.smartsoft.com.au/support
