Stock Control: Auditing - tracking the history of - the Sales of a Product or Products

Hi All,
For auditing and stock control purposes, I am trying to track the history of the sales of a product for the last year. In this case it is an orthopaedic pillow, but it could be anything.  I want a list of when this pillow was sold (i.e dates), to whom, and at what price.
I thought the Billings report might do it - but this seems only to tell me the amount of money collected from selling this item in the past year.  It doesn't give me dates.
I thought Shift reports might do it, but there is no item code breakdown.
I must be missing something obvious .... but what is it please?
Thanks, Joyaa

I think you can do it via billings report.  Filter by patient and schedule, then export to Excel.  You can then sort by code in excel.  ??

I use the transaction report which is the 2nd one down under reports.  You can customise this report to date and the particular item and it gives you patients, dates etc

Hi All

Thanks for sharing your knowledge. The best method I can think of is as per Lin above.  The Transaction report filtered by Item Code or Schedule will detail the date of transaction, the patient name and the price.

Thanks Guys - you're wonderful!!
I'd tried Billings but - of course!! - didn't select by patient ... duh!  Yep - nice report. Thanks SSM
And that "transactions" method - neat too.  Great stuff.  So pleased I asked!
