Appointment Tags - Not working from patient file.

The tags <> & <> don't work if sending an sms from the patient's file.  An error, "The message contains invalid fields." pops up.

Many of the tags within Front Desk are for a specific purpose, or are to be used from a particular area of the software. In this case the <<AppointmentPracName>> and <<AppointmentTime>> tags are intended to be used with the SMS/Email Reminders feature and refer to the appointments it finds.

  

These tags are not valid when sending an SMS from the patient file itself, because there is no appointment being referenced. I can confirm this is working as intended, and hope this explanation helps :)
