We have had a few issues with multiple SMS being sent. The problem early yesterday started as a telco issue which had a knock on effect that lasted until today due to some changes we were making in our SMS gateway at the same time.

I can confirm that our users with this issue were only charged for the original SMS they were sending.

The issue that occurred at our end was due to some enhancements made to our SMS gateway that will support delivery receipts in the near future. These delivery receipts will allow you to see when a message is received by your clients.

We always aim to have trouble free software and services,  but in this case could have done a little better. The problem has been resolved and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I had the same issues only mine went through 4-8 times. It happened again yesterday when we sent the messages for today
