the prompt to process DVA/Medicare claims has stopped appearing

On starting FD each day, we used to get a popup prompt box indicating that there were DVA/Medicare claims to process, and did we wish to do that now?  (we did).  Recently, this prompt has disappeared and we are doing it manually, but if someone forgets it can really make a mess of sorting out the bank recs as the $ amounts don't match.  How do we get our prompt back?  Thanks.

Hi Andrea. This option can be turned on per computer in File > System Information > Medicare Online, as shown below:
