Transaction list for linked accounts

We mainly use linked accounts for families for billing purposes, with a parent being the main account and children linked into the primary account.

My question is whether there could be a setting (a check box) in the transaction window that allows us to see only transactions relating to the primary account.

Hi Anita

Generally we think of a third party payer with linked accounts as not having any transactions of their own. However, in a family situation where family members may be linked to one of the parents, this is a great idea.

We have already approved it for the development list. Thank you for your idea.

I though you can already link accounts between a parent and child/partner.    You just have to be careful when putting in block payments for classes that you allocate to the correct account of who money it is allocated to.  You also cannot have multiple billing accounts through these accounts - they can only be linked through the primary account on the main account and secondary account.

It also works through the Patient Network Gateway as well so one person logs in but can make appointments for all those linked to the account.

Great idea!  Better still, perhaps a check box for each person linked to the primary account, so we could search for services by patient.

Great to see linked patient names now being listed in the transactions tab of the primary account holder.
