Hi Team,
We have a long-standing client for whom we have clinical notes for a period of over 10 years, during which several practitioners (different disciplines) have seen her for over 200 times in total.
When we open up her clinical notes, and again if we need to move from one clinical note to open up another, there is a 10-12 second delay **each** time FD processes our request.
I am wondering whether this could be because the FD database is having trouble processing this no. of notes spread over this great a time period (for a single client), and what we can do about this.
There no history templates within the clinical notes, no charts, no inserted "tables" or attachments, just a large no. of "treatment" entries.
Should we be "archiving" a portion of the clinical notes? If so, how do we do this? If this option is not yet available, what does anyone suggest?
Thanks, Joyaa
