Voice Recognition software

Hi, I am a long time Front Desk user and am looking into starting to use Voice Recognition software. I am familiar with Dragon Naturally Speaking and am wondering if there is a particular version which I should use ie. Professional vs Medical vs other. I look forward to hearing back from anyone already using this. Thank You, Brett
