Wait List indicator on the Patient Info screen?

Hi there,

We use the Waiting List feature all the time.  But I'm finding a small hole in that on the Patient Info screen, it shows Last Appointment and Recall Time but not if they are on the waiting list.  So it appears like the patient has no action when they do.

We also get asked by the practitioners why the patient has no action if they do an Inactive Patient Report, because it doesn't appear as having a recall or an appointment.

So a few suggestions:

1. Some kind of indicator on the Patient Info screen that they are on the waiting list
2. An option to include/exclude Waiting List patients on the Inactive Patients Report
3. Once the Waiting List has expired and it gets deleted, an option to create a recall
4. Can we set a default amount of "slots"?  We don't have any appointments that are 1 slot so it's a little annoying.
