We have attempted using the wait list a couple of time but found it was not very user friendly. The time frames are very confusing, it would duplicate clients instead of merging the client already on the wait list with amended requirements for appointments.
Hi ARP. In version 17 of Front Desk, Waiting List entries that have expired appear in red at the bottom of the Waiting List. A quick double-click on expired entries will remove them from the list. More information here.
