We are really liking the Patient booking gateway. In the short term would it be possible to have something written in to the gateway to advise clients that if they can't find their preferred time with their preferred practitioner, to either give the practice a call or request a call back so that they can be placed on to the waiting list?

Hi Kirsty. Thank you for your feedback! Isn't it funny that as we add new features, more development opportunities open up. We certainly agree that incorporating waiting list functions into the gateway is a great idea and we have added this to our development list. To begin with, in a future update, we will include options for the patient to request to be contacted by your staff and be added to the waiting list. Further down the line, we aim to implement optional settings to have the patient choose to be added directly to the waiting list without the need for your staff to manually follow them up. We will update this post as more information becomes available.
