We are really liking the Patient booking gateway. In the short term would it be possible to have something written in to the gateway to advise clients that if they can't find their preferred time with their preferred practitioner, to either give the practice a call or request a call back so that they can be placed on to the waiting list?
...just wondering whether sometime in the future it would be possible to link the patient booking gateway with the FD waiting list so that clients can make an appointment, but also go on the waiting list if an earlier appointment becomes available?
A lot of our clients would really like that function. :)
