Can you please create a way for us to print the waiting list or to be able to create a waiting list report?

Has this been actioned.  With 50 NDIS clients on our waitlist, we need to run a report to assist with allocations and planning.

Hi Paul and Darren. We are looking at introducing a Waiting List Report into Front Desk, though I can't provide an ETA on when this will be available. In the meantime, please feel free to open a support case at www.smartsoft.com.au/support and our helpdesk team can assist you with a tool that can export your waiting list information to Excel.

Hi all. Front Desk v18.3.1 has just been released and includes a brand new Waiting List Report. Software upgrades can be downloaded at www.smartsoft.com.au/support

That's great, but I wish it could show the waiting list notes on the report.
It's definitely a welcomed update. Thank you for that.

Hi Timothy,

Thank you for making it happen :-)

It looks great and very useful.

I am wondering if it will be possible to include the preferred times in the report because front Desk is forcing us to choose at least one day before saving the client into the waiting list.

Great work guys.

Regards

Paul
