Please could we have some level of warning come up when making an appt in web appt book as this may impact the type of appt the person books and the time needed to allocate.

Hi Roy. Warnings can be displayed on the Web Appointment Book if you're a WebPlus user. To enable this, go to File > System Information > Options and enable the Show Warnings On Web Appointment Book setting.
