Yes please, our clients find this very annoying as well, and quite often turn up at the wrong appointment because they are confused. We have Hydro, Physio, Massage and Podiatry all in the same practices and quite often they will have a Hydro and a Physio on the same day but at different ends of the day.

There is a way to identify different appointments on the same day - it does send as 2 separate texts but the different times are shown.
We use the following tag in the standard SMS to take care of multiple appt on the same day
<<AppointmentTime(ddd d/m "at" h:nn am/pm)>>

Thanks Rachel, this is exactly what we were going to say! :) This is the best tag to be using for SMS appointment reminders, though as you've mentioned, this method will send a text message per appointment on the day. e.g. if a patient has 2 appointments, they will get 2 separate SMS reminders

we have this problem also. our texts do have the day and time embedded in them, but it won't cater for a treatment appointment and a group class appointment on the same day
